Payment Policy

Hanh Minh offers multiple flexible payment methods to ensure convenience and safety for all customers.

1. Cash Payment

Available for customers purchasing directly at our office or factory.

2. Bank Transfer

• Customers may transfer payments according to the bank details provided in the order confirmation email.

• Transfer notes should include: Company name / Order number / Phone number.

• Orders are processed only after payment is successfully verified.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available in selected service areas.

• Customers pay the shipping carrier upon receiving the goods.

4. VAT Invoice

• VAT invoices are issued upon request.

• Invoice information must be accurate and provided at the time of order.
